Lady Momsen

From what we can tell, "Gossip Girl" is doing a masquerade party episode in the upcoming weeks. Here's a shot of  l'enfant terrible, Taylor Momsen, going onto the set (hopefully, in costume). Someone commented that they thought it was Blake Lively, not TM, in the photo. From the body language here, I'm sticking with Taylor.
