I've lost weight over the last year. Ok, more than a little...50 lbs. or so. I guess I've reached the point of diminishing returns, i.e. I have to put in a lot of work for marginal improvement from here. So, obsessed or not, if I have a choice between doing a few thousand more crunches or painting on a six-pack, I have to give it some thought.
